• TradeX users undertake to use TradeX site services only for themselves and the responsibility of using TradeX services for anyone other than those who have not gone through the authentication process will be the responsibility of the user. The account number announced to the site as well as the address of the wallets for withdrawing cryptocurrency must belong to the user and users are not allowed to give the wallet address belonging to other people.

• TradeX users agree to cooperate with the TradeX team in order to maintain the security of their user account assets, if they are recognized by the TradeX support experts. • TradeX, as an online digital currency exchange market, does not bear any responsibility for the user's transactions and the resulting profits and losses.

• Any negligence of users in maintaining security information, including the user's password, is the responsibility of the user and TradeX will not bear any responsibility. It is strongly recommended to use a complex and secure password and two-factor authentication code.

• TradeX ensures that users' assets are kept in trust with them in the best way and with the highest possible security standards. In case of any security problem, Trade X will be obliged to compensate the damage.

• If you want to withdraw digital currencies, the user is responsible for providing the correct wallet address. In case of any problems, including mistakes in entering the correct address, address errors, destination wallet problems, and users' assets being blocked in the destination wallet, TradeX will not be held responsible.

• TradeX has no responsibility for depositing tokens or coins on the wrong platform or coins that are not supported in TradeX, and due to the cold storage mechanism, it is not possible to extract these tokens using a third party. Therefore, the user is responsible for any wrong deposit and the user has no right to complain.

• The request to withdraw Rials from the account will be reviewed as soon as possible after registration. The time of depositing money to users' account will be different based on the limits of interbank transfer. For more information, refer to the rules of interbank transfer (PAYA, SATNA).

• The user accepts that, except in the cases stipulated by Trade X, he will not have the right to make any claims, demands and complaints against the Trade X site, managers, employees and people related to this site.

• If under any heading, Trade X mistakenly or illegally assigns funds or cryptocurrency to the user's account or makes any kind of mistake in its calculations, it is authorized and authorized at any time directly and independently without performing any administrative and judicial formalities and receiving Written permission from the obligee (account owner) to correct the mistake and withdraw from his account, and Trade X's recognition of the occurrence of a mistake or payment without right and the need to withdraw from the account will be valid, and the user has the right to make any objections and claims regarding the way of operation. • In case of any problem or ambiguity in any of the transactions, Trade X has the right to independently cancel the transaction and return the assets of each party to their own account. It is obvious that if the problem is from the side of TradeX, it will be obliged to compensate the damage, and otherwise the user loses the right to make any objections and claims regarding the way TradeX works in any way.

• In case of any misuse of the Trade X referral code in illegal activities, the full responsibility is on the user and Trade X is not responsible for any misuse of its referral system in any way. Also, TradeX has the right to invalidate the identification code and close the account if any abuse is observed without the need of a court order.

• In case of death or death of the user, TradeX will have this right as soon as it is informed about the deposit of the user's rial funds with the company, to the account declared by the user at the time of registration, and regarding cryptocurrency assets, this right and The company was given the right to convert it into Rials equivalent to the day's price and deposit it into the above account, and this right and privilege was granted to the company by the user. • Our recommendation in TradeX is to never transfer your assets to foreign platforms. If you use TradeX or any Iranian platform to transfer your cryptocurrency assets with exchanges under US sanctions, especially exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken, FTX, and Binance, we recommend that you do so in order to maintain the security of your assets and privacy. Avoid direct transfer between Iranian and foreign platforms. If you need such a transfer, it is recommended to use a standard personal wallet such as a ledger or valid software wallets as a transfer interface and first transfer your assets to the personal wallet and then to the destination platform. Also, solutions such as protected Tether and Pryosi coins, which are supported in TradeX, will be suitable for this purpose. Since it is not possible for TradeX to monitor all foreign platforms regarding the identification of addresses and property blocks, as well as wrong behaviors leading to identification on the part of the user on foreign platforms, and basically internal platforms have been created to cover such risks, so the risk of using From foreign platforms under sanctions, it is entirely up to the user and TradeX does not bear any responsibility.
